Emerge is a new brand of emerge hair care products that can be found at Target, and today we will be evaluating them. The waitlist link for my new brand, Joiful Bee, can be found in the description box of this video. All of the tools featured in this video are from that brand. After having some twists done to my hair for about two weeks, I am now working with hair that is roughly two weeks old. And with that said, let’s get this party started! Shampoo
We are going to begin with the sulfate-free shampoo from It’s Not Happening called It’s Not Happening, which is designed for hair that is curly or coily. And this is a shampoo that cleans while also removing tangles. In addition to that, it is flavoured with almond milk. So, one thing about the Emerge hair brand that you should be aware of is that it does not contain any sulphates, parabens, or silicones in its formulation. This collection of hair care products does not contain any of those harmful ingredients. And this holds true for each and every one of the items that we are planning to make use of today.
Therefore, I concentrated only on shampooing my scalp. And I find that using my Joiful Bee scalp massage and shampoo brush is the best way to remove all of the buildup and grime from my hair. This brush is just remarkable. The bristles are neither very rigid, nor are they overly pliable. They’re made of a silicone that’s incredibly gentle. And it helps to give me a spotlight feel when I’m doing my wash day and getting out all the dirt, particularly around my edges and areas where I’m putting edge control to and regions where I’m doing different gels and other stuff. It is important to remove the debris that has accumulated around your hair.
Scalp Brush
Because it allows you to achieve the deepest possible clean, the scalp massaging brush is an excellent choice for individuals who engage in strenuous physical activity, who are prone to sweating, or who sweat a lot. As you can see, I’m focusing my attention on the margins of my face because that’s the part of my face that accumulates the most gunk. And here, ladies and gentlemen, is the highlight of my wash day. When I use the scalp massager and shampoo brush, it gives me the most incredible sensations. Therefore, I did apply somewhat more shampoo to my hands than I had originally intended. I really liked using the shampoo.
Deep Conditioning Cap
I would recommend using a deep conditioning cap that can be heated in the microwave if your hair has a low porosity and you find that it is difficult for your hair to retain moisture throughout the course of the week. Now that we’ve established that, I’ll demonstrate how I get my hair ready for events like that. So, to summarise, I tied my hair in a total of four bantu knots. I twist the hair over itself, and this helps to keep the various parts of the hair apart. When it is time to detangle, as you can see, I am simply applying a little bit more deep conditioner to each section before I proceed to twist it up and get it ready for my deep conditioning cap. This is done before I begin detangling the hair. Working on my hair in sections makes wash day go by much more quickly and makes it much easier to manage when it comes to detangling and styling my hair afterward. Working on my hair in sections also makes it much less likely that I will damage it.
Wrapping Up
Emerge hair is a fairly fantastic brand mainly due to the fact that all of their items can be purchased online for a low price of $6.99 each. I’ll have links to all of the items at the bottom of this post, and I have to say that I’m really impressed with how well these things work on my hair. After I washed it, my hair remained hydrated for several days. As I previously stated, the shampoo did not cause my hair to get dry. I enjoyed how it left my hair feeling, which was soft, and I was just extremely delighted with how this line worked.
